Not receiving text notifications

Out of no where my versa has stopped showing text message notifications on my watch. I get new messages on my Samsung Galaxy s10+ but they will not show up on my versa watch anymore. It will show incoming phone calls and events from my calendar but no text messages. I have gone through all my settings and made sure everything is set correctly and made sure I have it set to receive text message notifications. I've tried to unpair my watch to my phone and re pair it still nothing. I've checked my settings on my phone as well and everything is good but still no text message will show up on my versa. Can someone please help me because it's starting to really frustrate me that it stopped working out of the blue and I cant get it fixed.

Mine too, I have the S10+ and the versa lite. 4 days ago it randomly stopped. I get everything but text messages. I called support and we were on the phone for an hour and tried absolutely everything and still couldn't fix it. All they said was keep an eye out for an update and try that. We'll I literalty bought the watch a week ago it's fusterating I just spent almost $200 on this and now it's main thing I got it for stops working

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in both of your posts, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be and appreciate your effort troubleshooting this matter prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit devices are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I have tried everything like that, called in they walked me through everything for an hour still won't work.

Seems odd that even after trying such troubleshooting steps you're still experiencing the same issue. To further investigate, can you please let me know if you experienced this issue just after updating your mobile device to Android 10? Or is your Samsung Galaxy S10+ still running Android 9?

I got the fit bit for Christmas and I was already on Android 10, everything worked for a few days then I lost my text notifications but still have everything else. Got fed up yesterday as it got stuck updating so I took it back and got a versa 2 as my wife has had good luck with it and same thing with this one no text notifications. Was told on the phone it's to do with my S10+. My wife has the A70 and works fine so I was told it's the galaxy modles.

I am experiencing the same issue with my Galaxy and have tried all the troubleshooting steps as well! Still no luck...

Getting really frustrated. The watch isn't cheap and it's still not working getting ready to go to a Samsung watch

I have the Note10+. We can't have our phones out at work so i purposely purchased the versa so i wouldn't miss my texts. About a week ago i stopped getting texts. I get email, phone calls to just not what's the most important.  Ive tried all of the trouble shooting and still nothing. Ridiculous and frustrating!
