Mine will sync but I am unable to receive text messages on my fitbit.  Started about a week ago.  I am able to recieve phone call notifications.  Hope this gets resolved quickly.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

It has been a week for me also.  No texts,  but calls and emails are fine.  I'm very frustrated.  I use this feature at work and need my text access back.

I have the samsung s10 edge.  The problem started a few weeks ago.  We tried all the trouble shooting multiple times.  We even tried installing it on a different device and nothing.

Same problem here.  S10+  no text notifications.  Checked all settings.  Been a week or so.  Very frustrating.  No support on here or online from fitbit

S10+. It has been over a week for me as well. I can't have my phone on me in certain places so this was a feature I relied on daily. What is the fix? I have already rebooted. Re-paired bluetooth. Factory reset. Nothing is working!

It's been about a week or so for my fiance and I also . We both have Galaxy Note 10+ and Fitbit Versa. We do receive calls and emails but not texts. Please fix Fitbit!

Same thing here! Support got it to work however as soon as I went off wifi it never connected again.
