Not receiving texts. I do get emails and notifications from my apps. Also receiving phone calls. My texts are the most important when I workout. Is there a solution or what? Just would like to know.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for all the details that were shared in your post. To move forward with this, can you please let me know if your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is running Android 9 or Android 10? At this moment, just as @Rich_Laue mentioned, we are aware of an issue that's affecting the text notifications feature on Android 10, not specifically the Samsung Galaxy S10, so this could be the root cause of your issue too.
On the other hand, keep in mind that the Samsung Note 10 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, since this is a requirement to receive notifications on your Fitbit, please try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persists.
