I've just switched from and iPhone to a Samsung s9 and can't get my texts or calls on my fitbit charge 2. I've unsynced my old phone and synced up the new one. Have also checked it's not on do not disturb mode.

@Charlottewick Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Charge 2. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your tracker. Make sure the app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and that your privacy settings show the notifications on the locked screen.
