Not syncing and asking for update

My device is not syncing and keeps saying update tracker software. I have updated it. I have also uni stalled and reinstalled the app. Logged out and in. Switched off tablet etc and I am still getting the same message.

I am also having this problem, on a Samsung Galaxy S5.

It's nice to see you around more often @SunsetRunner @Tartuk! Hope you're doing great! Man HappyI'd suggest you make sure you have updated your trackers by following the steps provided here. Then, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this main thread.
