Fitbit needs to get with it, my galaxy 8 updated last thurs and since then my versa has stopped syncing to the app, i wonder how many calories im burning restarting my phone and bluetooth, restarting my fitbit and reinstalling my fitbit app EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Ive only had it for a month, it was a gift from my son to upgrade me to a fitbit that i could put music on and i could do wireless headphones, i loved it and now all its doing is stressing me out, fix it please im tired of taking 5 minutes to sync it and now it will only sync if i do all of the above plus it has to be on my charger.....

Thanks for taking the time to share all of the steps that you have tried.
As I mentioned in another thread, our team is aware of an issue with Android 9. It is being looked into and at this time we do not have any details on the matter. We will be sure to post more about it as soon as we receive any details.
As a workaround maybe you could try syncing with another device, or a computer. You can click here to see some steps on how to sync with other devices.

Hi @Dgraham666, I'd ask your son if he kept the receipt. This problem is almost a year old. How long can you afford to wait for a fix on the off chance that it will ever come?
