Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To clarify the issue you're experiencing, can you please confirm if your device is not recording data or is recording it but not syncing with your mobile device? If that's the case, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Alta following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks I had given up and went back to my versa. I had problems synchronizing that also. Don't know what happened but my Alta started again. Thanks for the followup.Sent from my Verizon LG Smartphone
