im using huawei honor 7x having 8.0 oreo and Bluetooth v4.2 and done all troubleshooting steps but my versa isn't syncing.it will sync for first time but after some time it will disconnected from the mobile..so please reply ASAP

Thanks for trying to go through the troubleshooting steps.
This might be happening because the Honor 7x is not in the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can sync but we cannot guarantee that it will. Some users of phones that aren't on the list have mentioned that following the steps in this article has helped, so maybe you could give it a shot.

I too cannot connect my versa to my honor 7. I've been through all of the troubleshooting steps with an initial success. It worked for 2 days and now not at all. I've even tried restoring factory settings.
Now it won't connect at all.
Sort it out Fitbit.. it's not even a new phone. 😠

I also have the Honor 7x. The first time I paired the versa with my phone it worked for a few days. It stopped working after that. Then out of the blue it worked for a day a week and a half later. Hasn't paired since. How is it that it will sync with my iPad but not my phone?? Come on fitbit please update your compatibility. We need our phones to connect with your fitbits. I'm very upset because I spent 200 dollars on a versa I can hardly use the way I wanted to. All because your syncing technology is old. Please update so the honor 7x will pair. Otherwise I want a full refund because this is just sad. I really want it to work and if you want to keep your customers you'll update your system. Please update!!
