I am very sad, my ionic is not syncing, Its been like t b is for a few months now, very dissapointed.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
- if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
Hopefully there is something there you have yet to try.

Those are all possible solutions to get a sync to work, but really, should one have to go through that all the time? No, the device should work as promised.

@RickWH I agree that it should just work. But it doesn't. All we can do is to find ways to minimise the impact the syncing problems have. Hopefully one day fitbit will fix the root cause of these problems.

cleared sync and try again where can I find help on that???
