My phone is not syncing with my Versa.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

These have always worked for me when I’ve had problems but others have found other steps that worked for them. For example:

 

  • let the battery completely drain and then recharge

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thanks I will try both if thd first suggestion doesn't work.

Many have found that clearing the phone's, or at least the Fitbit app's cache has helped. 

Last time I talked with support they had me do this.

OK thanks. I think I managed. I started from scratch. Although it was a big hassle as it wouldn't pair with my phone. C
