Not tracking exercise

Walked 28 minutes this morning, fitbit did not record it. Just did another 30 minutes, nothing. I have the charge HR

Same. I have the Inspire HR. Just updated the firmware 2 days ago. It tracked yesterday, not today.

My Charge HR just recorded both of the walks I did this morning.

I'm having the same problem today with my Blaze. It's recording the steps but I can't see the individual exercise periods. Have not seen this problem before.

I have Alta HR and noticed same time thing, steps and HR note exercise but app isn't recorded it. I updated it yesterday morning and it's any exercise since then.

Not sure what's going on with this app. No exercise recorded yesterday
morning but it then recorded the exercise around 3pm. Now this morning no
tracking of exercise again, only my steps.

so ... the two exercise periods I did yesterday.... just showed up today, properly tracked from yesterday.

I did a good 35 min walk this morning - and here 3 hours later... no 'auto track'

now... place your bets, will it be there tomorrow?

The app used to do this processing faster. If it's doing this on some cloud cluster... could that server be hammered and not processing as fast as it used to?

Yeah just refreshed and my exercises from this morning and yesterday have suddenly appeared!

I tried again and still nothing after Jan 13th.

my exercise from this morning JUST updated, and correctly.

Was 3 hours behind.

My thought is that it's cloud-based... and their servers are just experiencing lag, or load.

I have the versa.and it stopped  tracking weekly exercise yesterday  afternoon.  So what is going on with it. Does anyone  know.

Update; exercise started tracking again yesterday; Fitbit had responded that there was a temporary glitch which I presume has been fixed.

Yes. Never got that note on the glitch - -but it does seem to be back to normal with auto-tracking
