I have uninstalled. Reinstalled force stop.everything I have read and been suggested to doo but still not working. It logs mmy daily steps etc but doors not sync my friends steps. This was a huge motivation for me and has put me off fitbit! I was going to buy a newer one but not sure now this is rubbish! !!!
