I have the Charge HR and it worked fine with my previous iphone but I got a Note 5 now and I cannot get it to sync. Ive restarted the phones with and without bluetooth, reinstalled the app, restarted the Charge while connected to PC. Nothing works
When will support for this phone be available? Im ready to go to another tracker since I cant use this anymore.

@sherryberrykix It's great to see you in the Community! So sorry to hear that your Charge HR is not connecting with your Note 5. I'd like you to verify in this page if your Android device is in the supported devices list. If the device has not been added yet, you can submit your request in our "Feature Request" board so our engineering team can take your request into consideration and it can be added soon.
