Anyone have any idea if/when Galaxy note 8 will be compatible with the Versa? I just bought mine and got it yesterday and the main thing I was excited about was the ability to use quick responses with texts but it doesn't work due to it not being a compatible device. Will be returning if no news on it at least being in the works.

Hey @Breeuh, it's great to see you around.
I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be glad to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Regarding your question, Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.
The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.
A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Good luck with that. I've had my Versa since May and been waiting for them to release the compatability for Note 8 since then. They even jumped the Note compatability and made the S9 and S9+ compatible first. I don't think they plan on doing it at all at this point.

It's completely ridiculous as they still have the Note 5 on the list. They also have the S8 and S8+, but not the note 8. I've had it working for 9 months, now it won't sync most of the time or keep the time correctly. It's now currently 42 minutes off the actual time. I've contacted tech support online and through social media and all they do is "try it with a different phone". Sorry, but I'm not going to go buy a new phone just to test it. Not to mention the fact that it worked with ZERO problems for 9 months. Oh, and my wife has the same exact setup and has no issues. But they never respond as to why that is, only the same useless response of "try a different device". We've had multiple Fitbits over the years, but with this crap customer service and lack of support for one of the most popular phones, we won't be buying any more Fitbit products.

My experience is exactly the same as yours. Worked well for almost 4 months and then suddenly stopped syncing after a firmware update.
