Nothing but problems since update.

Since I updated my fitbit Alta a couple weeks ago, I've had nothing but problems with syncing. I've done everything that everyone else has done. Turned off and on Bluetooth, restarted fitbit and phone (Samsung Galaxy S 7), and even deleted my fitbit and re-added to app causing loss of data. This is very frustrating!!! Is there a fix to this problem yet?!

Hello, @shrebien! Welcome to the Community! Heart What do you see on your Alta's display when you try to sync? Have you tried syncing using a computer?

Nothing shows on the Alta when it's syncing or trying to sync. I have done all the things listed. They only provide a one time fix and then it won't sync again. I don't use a computer for syncing...very inconvenient.
