it is not possible to receive/send notifications anymore from the fitbit app( android). It seems like there is a wizard which it not possible to finish..
I am trying the following <device> / General / Notifications/
Then the following appears:
after pressing <Enable Nofications> the following screen appears:
And the only way out is to go backwards, no bottoms is availble
one week ago it was possible to send notification from nearly all apps, including sending test notifications, but this seems to be gone?
The Bluetooth is working, it is possible to develop apps and fitness data is synchronized.
The app version: 2.63
Mobile phone: One Plus 3T.
Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hello @GliderPilot, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! Thank you for sharing your screenshots, this allow a closer look of what you are experiencing. The last screenshot you have shared is from your phone settings to allow the access permission of your Fitbit account to your phone. In this screen there is no other options beyond toggling On the Fitbit notification service.
Go back to your Fitbit app once you have enable this service, you will be able to select again the notifications you want to received. However keep in mind your Fitbit do not send notifications, you will received only.
To enable your notifications perhaps the following post will give you more details. In other post you mentioned you have an Ionic so in this case you have extended notifications, which is a different section of the app where you need to access to enable each app you want to received notifications. For more information this video will guide you through.
Update: I received this information recently, so If the issue keep persisting and you are not able to go through the screen where you enable the Fitbit Notification Service. Reboot your phone and try again. This should do the trick to address the issue you are experiencing.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around.

Roberto, I do not have a compatible Samsung, but I still have a question. When I go to my Fitbit app there isn't even a place for notifications. Is that because of the phone that I have? Would it appear on a different version of phone? I was just curious, because I did check the compatibility, but was confused that I didn't even see the notifications part in my Fitbit dashboard. PS, I have a Flex 2

Hello @GliderPilot, glad to hear the reboot resolved the issue you were experiencing.
Thank you for joining our Fitbit Community @Azblondie5150, my apologies for the late response and my absent during the holidays. I was reading your post regarding the issue you are not able to see the notifications settings in your Fitbit app. Note that regardless if the phone is not compatible this options should be visible, since this feature is determined by the tracker you are using. If the tracker doesn't have this feature then it won't be available in your app, but in this case you have a Flex 2.
The other reason you may not see this option, is because your tracker is not paired to your account. In which case you wont'n be able to see all the settings of your tracker. But in your scenario I can see in your Community profile the tracker is paired.
To find the the setting for notifications go right under general settings in your account tab:
The following screenshot was taken from my own phone which is not compatible, bu as you can see the option is there.
Hope this helps and let me know if the issue persists.
