Notification Service Not Running

Hi there,

In the past week or two I noticed I stopped getting notificaitions on my Charge 3.
When checking within the app, it says 'Notification Service Not Running...'.

 

I tried restarting my phone multiple times, I restarted the fitbit, deleted cache, reinstalled the app, unpaired fitbit, made sure that it's not caused by battery saver... Still no luck.

I'm able to get the test call notification, but actual call notifications do not appear on my Charge 3.

 

I'm on Xiaomi Mi 9t, running Android 9 (MIUI Global 11.0.3), Fitbit 3.11.
My Charge 3 is running 28.200001.63.5.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. 

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? You stop receiving phone call and text notifications or just one of them? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

 

Keep in mind that the Xiaomi Mi 9T is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.
