I am using one plus 7 pro and have a Fitbit versa 1 .

My Fitbit gets automatically disconnected in every 3-4 days and get notifications error .

Have tried all the steps of getting it stable .

Please help

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which notifications error you receive when the Fitbit disconnects? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
