Just got a new Fitbit Versa limited addition. I have a Moto e5 play prepaid phone. I'm trying to get it to work with it but for some reason the watch won't do anything....it paired with my phone but still the language stays on it...no pin. It also shows my bluetooth is working when I go into app but when I go into settings it shows that it's not connected.. it shows it's paired but when I push on it, it comes up that the issue might be : restart Bluetooth, restart Fitbit or delete them pair again. Any suggestions to resolve this issue?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that your Versa it's not connected with your mobile device, reason why you're unable to use it as the way it was designed. That being said, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device again.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
