Android user, Samsung S10, and text notifications haven't been working for me for weeks!!! 😞 Is someone working on a fix for this? They worked for the first 2 days I had it, then stopped. Did all the troubleshooting, called tech support, did what they said. Nothing. I feel as though it's an update issue with the app.

New Samsung Galaxy A10e, my versa won't recognize notifications.

EVERYTIME an update occurs my notifications don't come thru until you do a patch. It sucks being in limbo and not being able to utilize my Fitbit properly.  I have a galaxy s10e and the versa

I am having the same issue and found this thread after running though all the bug fixes I could find in various threads. When I found this I assumed I had upgraded to Android 10 2 days ago when the problem arose, but I just checked and I am currently running Android 9.  Not sure where to go from here?

I have not been able to receive any text messages on my Android 10 since purchasing my Versa Lite earlier this week.  I can receive all others aok and have tried all suggestions but to no avail.  I see I am not the only one.  Also, after most recent update yesterday, the quick menu now displays on every message I receive and I cannot get rid of it.  Must tap it to disappear to read messages and or delete.  Very annoying!!!

I've had the same issues for almost a week now. Also using a Galaxy s10

My versa Lite constantly fails to sync it connect Note 10+ on Android 10.

Only resolution is to restart the device and remove it then add it back again in the app

Great! Except...

1. This isn't "recent"

2. Engineering/dev has never acknowledged the issue

3. Your banner still only claims issues with IOS

4. Merging posts doesn't do anything about FIXING the issue

So. When are you going to admit it's an issue and fix it?

ETA: I asked for this issue to be escalated more than three months ago. Twice. (And apparently I was ignored. Twice.)

I have the note 10 plus and tech support said it wasn't on the list of phones compatible with Fitbit but hes wrong because it's an android so it doesn't matter. No notifications for a week now. Versa 2 is going back

Download a text app selete it on app notification NOT on the text options.

None of what you are asking us to do isn't working.  I have had Fitbit for 6 years and had the surge...ionic...blaze...versa... and never had this issue.  Just the versa 2 and its not fixed yet.  I was told its cause note 10 plus isn't on the list of compatible phones.  That's not true so don't know why the tech person said that.  Cause its android? I am loyal to Fitbit and am going to give it a few more days and then return it. I need my notifications on my watch cause I can't check my phone as much as I need to cause I'm at work.  My daughter is in daycare and I need to make sure I don't miss any calls or emails or text incase something's wrong.  And there was she had a high temperature and they needed me to come get her and I didn't get the call or text cause my watch isn't working correctly.  I checked my phone a hour later and finally saw they needed me to get her. My phone is near me but in my bag at work.  Please fix this

Have you actually read all the posts here? I have no idea WTH you are talking about. Nothing works. Period. For four months, since Android 10 came out. Using native Android apps. It worked before on Android 9. Please go read this thread before you post.

It's not working for the 9 either. I received the Versa for Christmas,
downloaded app and have never been able to received messages.
I've deleted, reinstalled, reset and checked notifications, nothing.
