Any updates regarding this issue? I sometimes get notifications now, but its not at all consistent. Like, maybe one text will come through every few days or so.

I just asked the same thing. I got my Versa for Christmas and the notifications only worked for a week before I started having issues.

Has there been any update on this, I've recently updated to android 10 and have been having notification problems since.
I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting methods with no successful outcome.
Thanks

The only way I've overcome this issue is by uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling it. The the notifications work for a day or so... And then they stop working again.... Pretty frustrating though! 😞

For Samsung customers your best bet is to not use the native samsung message app and download google messages app. That works for majority but not all. It's a decent work around until they get it patched for us. Fitbits response if very disappointing considering this bug should of been tested months ago in the September production release. And their cookie cutter response and lack of any good information is really poor service. They need to make this a top priority affecting so many customers and take this as a hard lessons learned for future update .

I hesitate to mention this, because I've been burned before, but I swtiched to a little messaging app called Chomp about 10 days ago now, and it is working! My Messenger messages also work, as do my phone call notifications, but my calendar notices are still hit or miss. But it's a huge improvement!
