I’m helping my mother set up a Fitbit Blaze on her Samsung Galaxy S7 and we are having issues with her notifications. It went from not working at all, to only working for text message notifications. The call notification worked once. I have:
Restarted the Blaze
Deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app
Updated the firmware on her S7
Enabled notifications in Fitbit app
Enabled notifications in Fitbit from the phone’s app list
Has anyone else experienced similar issues and come up with solutions?

Hello @Narissa welcome to our Fitbit Community! I've seen you have tried different solutions for this issue. As a matter of review I'm going to share with you and your mother the following post to see if there is anything additional you can try: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
However, I would like you to try the last part where it mention forgetting your tracker from your Bluetooth settings list (Not the Fitbit app). This might help you to address the notification issues.
