I followed the link to install the new update. It would only allow me to select the tablet I no longer have, not my phone (5.1.1) or my new tablet (6.0).  Both were listed, but greyed out.

Sorry Judita1, I meant that the company should revert to a previous version which would be better for us. Many of us have the same problems as you and my posting was not aimed at you or intended to imply that you didn't know what you were doing. Please accept my humble apologies if I have upset, hurt or distressed you in any way.

Apology not necessary.  Any distress I feel is because I can't help but feel that the fitbit company co doesn' seem to value us.
