Good day,
After updating my fitbit Versa 2, I don't receive any notifications and the notification menu in the fitbit app disappeared so I can't even tap on notifications to set it up again. What can I do to get the notification menu back when I tap on the device in my fitbit app? I've already tried restart, uninstall app and resetup. I don't know what to do anymore. Any assistance will be appreciated! 🙂

Thanks for the explanation and initiative to solve this on your own. This seems to be an isolated issue. Which smartphone do you have?
I was going to suggest to either update the app or reinstall it, but you have already done that. Is it possible for you to log into your account in a different mobile device? That way we can see if it is an issue with the app on your primary smartphone or your account.
Next thing I would do, is to remove the Versa 2 from your account and set it up again. Go to your profile picture and then tap on Versa 2.
You can then set up the Versa 2 as a new device. Check then the settings and see if the notifications settings are shown.

So when you tap your profile picture, then device, there is no “Notifications” on the device screen at all? The device screen should show the device info up top, then some pictures for Alexa, gallery, media, etc. Then in the lower section it should have “Wrist” and then “Notifications”.
The “app notifications” on/off toggle themselves only show up after an app has sent a message to the phone. After that you can turn individual apps on or off in that section. I know if you delete and reinstall the phone app the notifications are cleared, but don’t recall that happening after updating the watch.
