My phone won't show caller. Just says unknown caller.It used to show caller

I'd like to take a closer look into the whole situation. It is possible that your mobile device is not a supported one. To check on that, please take a look at our compatibility list and look for your mobile in there. If it is not there, it would mean that we cannot fully guarantee that it will work and that's why this started happening.
If it is on the list, please let me know and we'll look into what could be happening.

I have a Samasung A5 2017 model is this compatible because I'm not receiving notifications including texts and calls from my phone through my charge 2.

@AMPJB The Galaxy A5 is not currently a supported device and thus that would explain why the notifications are not working as intended.
@Tammiet Let's try to restart notifications. To do so, go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and look for your Fitbit. Delete your tracker from that list and then set notifications up once again.

I have a Charge 2 paired to a Galaxy S7 Edge... I have followed the instructions above and still only get text notifications with the caller notification identifying as 'unknown'... quite frustrating! 😞

Thanks for letting me know that you have tried what I suggested. Since when did this start happening? Are all of the callers saved on your contact list? Or are they numbers that you have not saved?

After I left my reply I went through everything again before deciding the wisest approach was to talk with customer support online. We went through everything and after confirming my purchase Fitbit are mailing me a new pebble. They confirmed to me in the chat window that there is a known problem with the Charge 2 and caller notification.

Those are some great news! (That you're getting replacement and not that there is known issue.) Hopefully everything will be A-OK with your replacement and you will get notifications as intended.
