Notification screen on my Fitbit stuck - Android App

I am having the exact same issue. My fitbit says “nothing new here” with a 0 and nothing happens when I touch anything. When I have the device plugged in and hold the side buttons to try to restart, The Fitbit goes dark before five seconds and nothing happens. I tried clearing the notifications and it just goes right back to nothing new here

On the App go to the clock and change the way the clock is displayed/the way the time and date is displayed. Just pick anyone and it will get the fitbit unstuck
