Notification service not running on my Redmi note 7

I can not get notification from my phone on the Fitbit charge 3. 

I tried many way on the fitbit community but not work. 

What I have to do now?

Hi @anthonyha - What is the OS on your Redmi? In order to get notifications, the OS must be Android 5.0 or newer. The problem may not be with your Charge 3.

What Is the purpose of your link?  It just gets to an error message.

I'm using Miui 10.2 base on android 9. The problem is not my charge 3. It's about the app fitbit. And I tried many ways to fix it like remove app, restart the phone, reinstall, restart again, disable bluetooth,.... but it still not work.
I wanna say I tried many many ways to fix as I read on the forum but hopeless.
So I hope I can find another useful way to fix that. I cannot change my phone just because the of fitbit app.
The link just show the error.

As you can verify on our list of compatible devices, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has not been been tested yet. What means that some feature might not work properly and we cannot warranty the full functionality.

However there are some thing that you can do to try to get your notifications going. 

Seems that you have read this article already, right? 

As described there, please hold the button of the Charge 3 for 3 seconds. You'll be redirected to a quick menu. Please verify if the notifications are on. If not please tip on the icon to activate them.

The link is just a image show the error : Notifications service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.
I already read your link. I did it too but it didn't work.
I know how to turn on or of Screen Wake or Notifications. This is not my first fitbit. 🙂
