I just got a new charge 3, and on my xiaomi redmi 6, the service will not start. I have restarted multiple times. My phone is listed as compatible.

I figured it out, i had to allow autostart in miui, There really should be a message for miui and other power saver launchers in the fitbit app notifying people of this need.

I have a Huawei Mate 20 phone and a Blaze and I get the error "Notification service not running" please help.

Sorry to hear that your notifications aren't working on your phone and for the delay in my reply. As stated before please check there aren't battery saver apps that kills the Fitbit app from running in the background and the Fitbit app permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > Permissions). You can find additional instructions here.

thank you for the response @AlvaroFitbit I followed the instructions and it still not working, please help and fix this issue as it is getting a little annoying not being able to use the watch.
