Notification service won't work

I just got my inspiration hr and set it up yesterday. The notification works okay when it first setup but it stop working yesterday night and I tried everything the instructions said. 

I turn my phone off and on, restart my device, disconnect the device and connect it again, disable the notification and turn off the Bluetooth and turn it back on... Literally, I tried.... But the notification still doesn't work!!! It is so frustrated. 

Somebody please help!!

Yes, it is a HUAWEI P30 Pro.

Hi @Pineapplepieeee  since you're using an Android, I'm moving this to that section of the forums. Could be more people with the same phone have posted or will see this for more relevant responses.
