I recently switched from an Iphone to Samsung phone. When I removed the Fitbit from the Iphone I had issues syncing to the Samsung, it did sync once but lost connection and can't get to sync again. I have spent countless hours trying to figure this thing out. Please help I am missing my Fitbit. 😞

Hi @Jknight76, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulties prior to contacting us.
I'm afraid to say that the Samsung A50 is not yet included in our list of Supported Devices. You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
However, there is a possibility that your Versa could sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Versa as a new device and set up the notifications again.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I have spent countless hours researching a new phone and finally settled on the one I want only to come here and find out it's not compatible. O is this going to be updated soon so that a Samsung A 50 is compatible?? It appears there are numerous requests for this dating all the way back to last fall asking for it.

I have no major probs syncing my A50. Usually takes 2 or 3 attempts, and doing it vua the little Versa symbol top left tends to be better than just pulling the 'Today' screen down. Been working for me since I got the A50 months ago. Hope that doesn't sound overly self satisfied. Hope that helps.

Also gonna go ahead and ask if this is being supported any time soon. I don't care if it's not optimised, I just want it to work again. I meet the minimum software requirements, and I have Bluetooth, which is a standard, so I don't see why the specific model of my phone should render my fitbit worthless.
