I just updated my Samsung tablet to Pie them this notification started appearing. Tried updating the app, then deleted and reinstalled it. App version is now 3.5.
I have a Charge2. The data is syncing, but the notification persists. Have not tried restarting the tracker, will try that next.
Best AnswerThe reset of the device has done the trick, device is syncing (and has been found by the app) but still had to go into the app notifications menu to get the notification to stop.
