Notifications Stopped Working for Just One App (LastPass Authenticator)

Up until last week, my notifications from Galaxy S21+ to Sense were working well. All of a sudden, I stopped getting the push notifications for LastPass Authenticator. It is checked off and I am receiving all other notifications. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I disabled and re-enabled notifications. I rebooted the Sense. I don't know what else to do. This is one of the most important apps for me to get a notification since it is a Push acceptance of MFA that I can do right on my phone. Anyone have any suggestions? Thx.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. Try the following procedure: 

 

- Remove your Sense from Bluetooth 

- Restart your watch 

- Set it up as a new device 

- Make sure this app is showing on the list of apps that can receive notifications
