Hello again @Crazsgrl

You mentioned you purchased a new phone. Are you currently still connected to your old phones Bluetooth as well? If so remove the Bluetooth connection. Having it connected to two mobile devices can cause conflict. Have you looked here: open your Fitbit App, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 3 then scroll down and tap notifications. Make sure all your notifications you want are enabled. While your still on this page tap App Notifications and ensure all the apps you want are also enabled. If you make any changes make sure you sync your Versa 3 to accept any changes you made.
Look again in your phone settings:

  • Ensure the Fitbit app runs in the background by going to Apps & Notifications > Fitbit app and turning off Background restrictions or Background limits.
  • Check that the Fitbit app is installed on your phone’s internal storage and not on an external SD card or other storage. The Fitbit app does not consistently work when installed on an SD card.
  • Turn off battery optimization and limitations.
    1. Go to Apps > Fitbit app > Advanced > Battery > Battery optimization.
    2. Change the view to All apps.
    3. Search for the Fitbit app and choose Don’t optimize (or not optimized.)
  • Also check: Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications > Notifications on lock screen and set to Show conversations.

😉 Hopefully this helps
