I've just had my fitbit today and set up the notifications with my GalaxyA5 phone. (Android8.0).
If my wife texts me, the fitbit tells me it's her but if she phones me it says "unidentified caller".
Can anyone please advise me on this?

@Whino I have moved your post to the Android forum. What you are describing sounds like an app setting issue, not a device issue.
I think you will get more help in the Android forum. I cannot help you, I am an iPhone user. But with iOS, you need to let the Fitbit app have access to your Contacts. I bet there is a similar Android setting.
