Notifications not wirkibg

I don't have an I phone, I have an Honor 7 and my notifications are not working. I have tried everything on the Web site suggestions. Nothing helps.

Hi, I have had my fitbit for about a year now and the same phone. My notifications only stopped working yesterday.

The latest app for Android 7 and up is version 3.8. With your phone not on the list of compatible devices, you might have some problems.

I did update my phone, can I go back?

Sorry you can't go back to an older version. Sometimes these phones will still be able to sync our stats,but not always be consistent with notifications.
