Notifications not working in Silent Mode

I saw a previous post that says this issue was resolved but I am not receiving notifications when my phone is in Silent Mode. It now actually says in the Always Vibrate setting that this applies to Silent Mode.

I want to be clear that I want to receive notifications in Silent mode but not in Do Not Disturb mode (what is the point of having my phone and Fitbit make a sound and vibrate?)

Thanks for your post and the screenshot that was attached. If you would like to receive notifications while your mobile device is in silent mode, you'll need to activate the Always Vibrate option. Then, if you want to stop receiving notifications when you activate the Do not disturb function, please deactivate the Always Vibrate option and let me know how it goes.

Hi @RicardoFitbit. This is not a solution. It's not practical to have to constantly enable/disable the Always Vibrate option through the Fitbit app.
