Hi @Shelbyrocks06. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Let me help you with the notifications not working on your Inspire HR. Before anything else, please make sure the notifications are enabled on your tracker by holding the left button for a few seconds. Also, verify if the Fitbit app has been allowed to run on the background. Then, I'd recommend to try the following:

 

  1. Remove your Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Inspire HR's image > Sync Now.
  7. Once it has synced, set up the notifications one more time.
