Notifications not working on Versa

My notifications have stopped showing up on my versa. Have rebooted watch and phone, uninstalled and reinstalled fitbit app, unpaired and re-paired watch and phone...🤪😫🙄

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get the notifications to work.

 

The first thing I'd like to do is to ask you what phone is it that you are using with your Versa.

 

In the meantime, please try going through all of the steps that are listed in this help article.While you have already tried some of those steps, please try going through all of them since there are some that you did not list in your original post. 

 

Keep me posted on how those steps go and if you have any other questions.
