Hi,

I am using one plus 6T...have purchased Fitbit versa on 16th July....but I am not getting messages on my watch.... everytime I check it shows kindly restart your phone to get notification.....but nothing happens...I have to uninstall and reinstall the app....then notifications starts for 15 mins....after that again same error.....please help me with this problem....

I have the same issue. I noticed that it started after after I did the app update for the newer version cause it used to work pretty well before that.
