Notifications on Charge 2 - can't turn on notifications

Hi,

I cant enable notifications!!

When I click on the notifications option it just says "Turn on device notification", I do this, click "Fitbit Notification Service" etc but when I go back, it just says the same!

I had it working previously but had to reinstall the app.

I have tried restarting my Charge 2, reinstalling the app etc but nothing works.

Hi, @bmoynihan! Have you checked your tracker to make sure the notifications are turned on? From this article, "You can temporarily turn off notifications. From the clock face, just press and hold the button to stop notifications, then repeat when you want to turn them back on." Sounds like this might be your issue.

No, that wasn't it.

I got it working, but I had to delete the app, reinstall, restart fitbit, restart phone etc

Eventually got it to work, must be a software bug.

The app is not working properly in OPPO F3..
