I have recently gotten a galaxy s9+ and I am not receiving any notifications on my fitbit. I have restarted my fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and made sure all settings are correct on my phone and fitbit blaze to ensure notification permissions are on but still not receiving anything and now my fitbit app is stating that I am not receiving notifications because my phone is in do not disturb mode...but it isn't... any one else having problems?
Moderator edit: title for clarity
Best AnswerI having the same issue and I'm on a charge 2. I've gone through all my settings in the S9 and it's not in do not disturb mode. But the notifications settings in Fitbit I get a warning message that "it's in do not disturb mode"
I have the same issue and have narrowed it down to being in Mute and not in Do not disturb!
Not sure of what to do as I did not have this issue with my S7
I may have figured this out. If you go into notifications on the mobile app, under General...turn on calls and click on Text messages and select the messaging app you are using. If you then click on the 3 dots to the right of notifications, click on 'Send a test notification' I received the test, now I am just waiting on someone to text me to see if that works. I will update this post once I receive a text.
Received a text and I now have notifications on my Fitbit...YAY

Excellent, text works but not calls 😞
Best AnswerBest work around I've found until Fitbit makes the Charge2 and other fitbits workable with the Samsung S9+ is an android app called Fit Notifications. I downloaded and set that up and it sends me texts and calls. Free app and I've had no issues with it.

Best AnswerI got the update a few days ago and now, I cannot only reply to texts with 5 pre-set replies and several emojis, but I can now answer and reject calls with my Versa, though I still have to use my Galaxy S9 to talk. I can even reply by text to a rejected phone call! This was not expected and I am loving it!
Best Answervery cool.
