Notifications permissions

My fitbit blaze syncs perfectly with my htc10 but after maybe a day, it stops forwarding messages and calls. It constantly asks me to 'allow notification permission' even though it's already done. Occasionally it'll work again, but only for a day. Any ideas? It's one of the main reasons I chose the blaze and am seriously considering returning it.

@Zozos welcome aboard our Community! As you said the Notifications are being sent over to the Blaze I don't think that is the origin of the issue. I checked for the HTC 10 and it does not seem to be among the compatible device's list.  This could be due to the fact the model is fairly recent and has not been tested yet but it could also been the reason it keeps asking for permission for the Notifications.

Additionally besides the configuration of the notifications  on the Fitbit app itself it's a good Idea to check on the devices settings and confirm that the Fitbit App has been granted all the proper permissions, including the notifications.

Finally try logging out of the Application, restart the HTC and log back in to the app.

Let me know how this works. See you soon!
