I've had my Charge 4 since shortly after it released and paired it with several phones without issues. I've had app notifications enabled and had no issues.
Monday afternoon, I stopped getting app notifications. When I went to the Fitbit app to check settings and within my device menu, the notification menu was missing. I tried restarting my phone and device. Unpairing and re-pairing. None of previously supplied troubleshooting steps work. My app and Charge 4 are up to date. I've also tried logging out and back in. If I uninstall the app and reinstall, the notification menu is back, but is gone again minutes later.
I've updated the app to the version that released today as well and nothing is helping.

Was this fixed? I’m having the same issue and notifications on my Fitbit are extremely important for me.
