Hi I am not receiving text/call notifications on my fitbit charge 2.  I have samsung galaxy s6 phone, the divices are paired. Any help appreciated. Thanks

A common cause of this is when the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode by pressing and holding the button on the fitbit (which toggles the mode on / off). Could this be the problem here?
