Hello @CathyBourget and a warm welcome.  What type of phone do you use, Android or iPhone?  The troubleshooting steps are different.

@CathyBourget   I can't help you with specifics.  As an iPhone user, I make it a point not to offer Android advice.  But I will move your post to the Android forum.  I hope you get the answer you need there.  Please browse the Android forum.  You might find an answer where someone described you same issue.

Also include your model phone.  Are you a brand new user with a brand new problem.  Or are you a long time user who developed a problem since an update?  What troubleshooting steps have you done?
