Nutrition facts list not being completely shown

When I click on "Nutrition Facts" for any food item it only shows a partial list of nutrition info. I'm sure more is available since I have entered data for some items that I have input. Specifically, I can't see any info about Protein. What happened to this info on the facts page?

Hi @Davebald1, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have a Google Pixel 3 using Android 10. I did as you suggested in terms of Fitbit force stop and reinstall and that solved the issue. I don't really know how long the problem had been in play, probably a few weeks to a month. The (partial) Nutrition facts had been appearing with a red background and carb/fat info, but no protein data showed at all. Now they appear in a nice table with white background and all the data - carbs/fat/sugar/protein - is present. Thanks for your help!
