@lg64 Sorry to hear you've had some difficulty syncing with your Android devices. To start off with, I suggest you reviewing our troubleshooting tips here. In addition, make sure you've updated the Fitbit for Android app to the latest version 2.53 to all your devices. Let me know if you still have any trouble!

Best AnswerHi AlessFitbit, Thank you for your reply, and suggestions. All devices are on 2.53 and the troubleshooting didn't work. My husband is working with Yamil F. at the FitBit team, so we'll see if he can resolve it seems strange that both of our Fitbit's started having syncing problems at the same time.
