My husband and I are both having problems syncing in the last week or so, both with our phones and tablets. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

@lg64 Sorry to hear you've had some difficulty syncing with your Android devices. To start off with, I suggest you reviewing our troubleshooting tips here. In addition, make sure you've updated the Fitbit for Android app to the latest version 2.53 to all your devices. Let me know if you still have any trouble!

Hi AlessFitbit, Thank you for your reply, and suggestions. All devices are on 2.53 and the troubleshooting didn't work. My husband is working with Yamil F. at the FitBit team, so we'll see if he can resolve it seems strange that both of our Fitbit's started having syncing problems at the same time. I'll keep you posted, and if you know him maybe you can brainstorm together. Thank you. -lg64

Having trouble syncing my blaze with my android edge since the update.. Can some one help me figure it out?

Not that it helps but I have now reached the stage of dumping all my fitbit devices and changing to another brand. This syncing problem, which cannot be that hard to fix is getting beyond a joke now.

My fitbit app has been updated to the 2.53 and I am still unable to sync as well
