I have tried everything since August 21st 2019 I have shut off my phone I have closed my app reopen my app clear the cache in the out shut off my device reopen my device nothing works it worked fine until then no clue

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. I have followed all trouble shooting steps even uninstalled and reinstalled the app...phone is up to date still no luck. Mine shows the last sync was like August 15...just keeps saying Device not found...I HATE when they update the app...smh
