Every since I have upgraded to my s10, I cannot sign into my Onemain Financial account. I keep getting a message stating that they "do not recognize this device". Then, when it prompts me to answer security questions, it simply tells me to contact Onemain. I have spent hours on the phone with Onemain, and they say it's my phone's fault. Any suggestions, other then to quit doing business with Onemain Financial?

Since your concern is related with your Onemain Financial account and not Fitbit, my best advise for you will be to contact them back regarding the difficulties you're currently experiencing to receive further assistance. Keep in mind that this are Fitbit-realted forums.

Yeah, my bad. I noticed that this was a Fitbit message board after I posted my question. I looked for the option to delete it... sorry for my faux pas!
